The worst phsrmacy experience of my life!!! The pharmacist was discriminating and had a disgusting attitude. I filed complaints with the state board, CVS corporate and DEA. The techs were great. The pharmacist on duty Saturday, was a horrible person who clearly needs to be educated.
Usually don't have any issues at this location, have used them for probably 3 years or longer. Recently had disappointing customer service experiences, both in person and over the phone. One employee stated that because it is a cvs inside of target they do not have the same availability as stand alone store. Went to CVS further down on 610 and they also states that they did not or could not fill. Pharmacist Ann Quayson did 3 required vaccines for my upcoming 7th grade daughter with autism. She was very patient with her and let my daughter express her anxieties and fears without rushing her through the process. Working in Healthcare myself, I understand how challenging special needs children can be sometimes. But Ann was exceptional in all ways!
