The store manager at this CVS has a pathetically bad attitude. Also very willing to profile guests. I have been refused returns of items that were untouched/unopened, by the store manager. Last visit, the store manager actually called the CVS of original purchase to "ensure" I had not already received a refund of the item. Who does that??? Never experienced this treatment in ANY other CVS. I avoid if I can but should not have to as it's closer to my home.
