Recently, I visited the pharmacy and waited at the counter for approximately 5-7 minutes without being acknowledged or assisted. The pharmacist, Linda Shim, eventually noticed me and remarked that I should let her know when I was off the phone to receive help. Another staff member was present but did not acknowledge me at all during this time. I move every 3 months for work and have worked with quite a few different pharmacies. This is the only one that I have ever had issues with. They had put one of my medications under the wrong person. I waited about 30min at the counter for this to be fixed. When I got home I did have the correct medication, but the wrong medication education send with it. My other medication which was sent over according to my doctor’s office, however the pharmacy claimed to not have it. The pharmacist said she would send a referral to my do... read more

This place is always closing at least 45 minutes early! An the staff always seem to be miserable!
