they are backed up with meds for over a month. my daughters ped sent a prescription over a month ago and it had not been worked on for that long. the waiting period is crazy.
Whomever oversees this pharmacy needs to seriously revamp it, change management, hire more staff, whatever. I now have to come back again tomorrow to pick up a prescription. Trip # 4. If my medication is not ready tomorrow I am calling the state pharmacy board.
Always short staffed, medication is never ready when it’s supposed to be.
love this cvs. The girl Brittany (i think she is the manager) is very nice and helpful!!
