stood at the drop off window more than 7 minutes ( that is the amount after i started timing, dont know how long before ) two workers would glance my way then pretend they did not see me. only one other person waiting on a script. one worker had time to lean on counter waiting on other to get off phone. yes they answered two phone calls and one person in the drive thru while continuing to pretend i did not exist. left drove across street to Walgreens, where i was immediately acknowledged and my script taken. I went to this pharmacy on Wednesday night to pick up some antibiotics. After waiting in the drive-thru for at least 10+ minutes, I was told at the window that my prescription wasn’t ready. She asked me to drive back around and they would have it ready. Again, I had to wait in line. When I got back to the window, she tells me that they are out of the antibiotic and she could either send it to Bryant or order it, but warned me that it wouldn’t be in by the next day. This location is grossly understaffed. The cashier greeted us as soon as we walked in... BIG smile and so very pleasant. We went back to the pharmacy counter and waited for 15 minutes with no sign of getting to us happening. The (one) gentleman behind the pharmacy counter did greet us and was kinder than I’d probably be in his situation... Two of the female pharmacists (one named Sharee) hung up on me after speaking to me very rudely. They kept saying my rx would be in the next day and it never arrived. They never offered any alternatives to retrieve the rx until three days later when they instructed me to call another pharmacy to see if they had it and then call back and tell them where to send it because “we don’t have the time to do it”. I dropped off 4 prescriptions to be filled. She said 2 hours,which dang, but okay. Came back in 2.5 hours. They hadn’t even started them and then while waiting in line I find out they don’t even have the antibiotic! What kind of pharmacy runs out of a generic antibiotic? The staff is so rude and hateful!

I have been in the pharmacy drive through line for almost 45 minutes with my three kids. I’m not sure what the deal is but it’s absolutely ridiculous!

This location is extremely under staffed. I will be switching pharmacies. They always only have one employee on duty. Last night we had to have a prescription filled for our three year old who had an ear infection. The prescription was called in at 8:00on Saturday night and was not filled until 9:30 the next morning. Their lack of staff made my son have to wait longer to start his much needed medicine to relieve his pain. Upset is an understatement.
