Set up appointment for COVID booster. Go there and they said they didn't have any vaccines. No apologies or explanation why they give appointments when they don't have the vaccine. Just sent me to another CVS who also didn't have any vaccines available. Will never go to another CVS again.
I have been a customer at the CVS on Two Notch for the past 20 years and have always had a wonderful experience with the pharmacy staff. However, the staff has changed in the last few months and they are rude and unfriendly. Today I was in the pick up line for a prescription and had to wait 15 minutes in line for the pharmacist to fill several prescriptions for a customer in front of me. I waited for cvs to open and when they did the pharmacy still wasn’t open. I thought it was supposed to open at 9 but apparently won’t be open until 10. 🤷🏽♀️ Inconvenient af.
