This CVS, located inside the Target store in Norwalk, is 100 % the best pharmacy I have ever filled prescriptions. Medication is always filled on time. The customer service is top of the line and any questions are answered immediately. I highly recommend this pharmacy.
This CVS pharmacy, headed up by Diana, is great. The attention to detail is top notch. My prescriptions are always ready on time. I received text notification that the meds are ready for pick up. Any medication changes are noted and questioned so they know instantly if something is different. I very much appreciate the service I received here.
As some of the previous comments have reported - service here is HORRIBLE! If they are unhappy with their career, they need to move on. Because their customer service is poor, belittling, and inexcusable!! I heard they yell at a medical recipient because they had medical. What in the world. Ladies, you can be a paycheck away from being one. Count your blessings and fix your attitude!
The employee to ring me up was friendly. I called this cvs store 11.06 to confirm I’d have 3 medications ready for pick up on Tuesday, I went in on Thursday and only 2 were ready the third one was at a different location. Employee I spoke too didn’t tell me it was at a different store and if I asked to pick up Tuesday they should’ve made sure all 3 were ready at my desired location, but okay Kween.. go off, give 10% at work.
