The CVS has nice folks working there, the pharmacy is where we get prescriptions because its so close. Problem? Auto calls. Don't EVER give them your phone number! Three times now I have called the number to stop auto calls. Maybe it will stop for a week then resume up to 3 times a day. I don't understand what kind of corporate philosophy believes it's ok to harrass clients? Even if I switched pharmacies I bet they'd still call me. can't get meds that are needed, every week a fight
What I think ...I think that the pharmacy needs to worry less about calling people to get more business and start worrying about the business they have .call in 3 hours before set a time to pick up and never ready .maybe they call a week in advance because that is how long it takes to fill 4 bottles ??? Wonder how close to promise time Norlanco or Walgreen's is? #tiredofbroken promises #getbentCVS #nextstepcorporatewebsite
This place is a joke, my RX is never ready when they say it is! This has happened numerous times!
