Busy, efficient and friendly place. VERY helpful
The kind gentleman at the pharmacy counter caught an error with my insurance, I didn't know what it should cost because it's a new medication, but he processed a refund back to my card and rung it up again properly with my insurance and I walked away with my new prescription for $0.
Avoid the pharmacy at all costs. They don't want to help and when they do, they either know nothing or give you a run around. Thanks but got the help I needed by going to Walgreens. They did in one day what your team couldn't do in three. When I spend three days with back and forth contact, thinking I was getting somewhere but, only to find out when I go to the pharmacy and the girl tells me straight faced that they have no record of anything said and still need info is beyond frustrating. Don't use this CVS. They are unwilling to fill Rxs are prescribed by the Dr. Claimed that no syringes were prescribed by the Dr for an insulin Rx. Even after showing a copy of the prescription that they miss filled the pharmacist. Doubled down and said she couldn't see the word syringe.
