CVS is always been exceptionally good. This store is the best and the people are usually extremely nice. The store is always clean. 9 times out of 10 everybody is usually very nice. This Pacific day that we went in we wasn't greeted and nobody asked us if they could help us or spoke to us. While at the pharmacy, I walked up and she asked me who I was picking up for and I told her, she got my prescription and was very nice and when I went on my way. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my 70 years. There is a mistake on my prescriptions EVERY month. The staff always make excuses and blame everything and everyone else for the problem. No one ever says, “ I’m sorry that happened, let me fix it for you, and then ACTUALLY fix it so you don’t run into the same problem EVERY time you pick up your prescriptions. They always have my prescription on time and always have it stocked, stores are always clean and bright and staff usually very friendly and helpful! Only complaint is that their brand products are so much more expensive than say Walmart or Dollar general, everything else is worth the price/value.
Not a fan of these new pharmacy hours
If I could leave no stars I would. I was treated so badly by a women named Amber there and it was in front of other customers . So embarrassing!!!
