We needed an emergency dose of my dad's insulin, since we were traveling. We had our doctor send in a prescription to this pharmacy. When I arrived they had NO RECORD of it. Claimed their systems were down it might trickle in. Several hours later I called the automated CVS line and the prescription was attached to my account since we have the same name.
