This used to be a great pharmacy, in the last year it has gone so far downhill so fast it's ridiculous. After today's mishaps I'm absolutely switching all my family's prescriptions to Walgreens. Recently they have lost the paper prescriptions I brought in, (was rude saying I never brought them in until they found it), miscounted medicines, (also not their fault) and yesterday gave me the wrong pick up date for a medacine. Every single time I go in to get my SCHEDULED pain meds (I have stage 4 cancer), I am told it will take an hour to fill a prescription! I am sitting there waiting and it takes them an hour, or more, to count to 30! There is absolutely no reason for it to take one of the 6 people that they have behind the counter that long to fill a bottle with a few pills!
Drive-thru service is horrible every time we come here. If it wasn't for insurance reasons I would go someplace else.
