Nope! I will never again use this CVS pharmacy. I worked in pharmacy all of my life, so I have a pretty good understanding of what good pharmacy service should look like. Unfortunately, the staff here is rude, and the pharmacist/manager is condescending. Customers using a controlled substance are treated as though they are automatically suspicious or “junkies,” which I find extremely disrespectful. Then there is the phone system. Poor service and bad attitude. Very condescending to me as a customer. System down and burden was placed on us to follow up on when we could pick up and told if the system was back up. This is through the voice mail AI. Not an easy experience.

Switching to Walgreens! I strongly and sadly recommend any other pharmacy rather than this location. The Ai phone calling system cannot properly answer questions. On 2 separate days I called to check if my prescription was ready, and both times I was met with different people who both were rude, short, and were pissed because I was asking for basic questions and help.
