I wish the pharmacist wasn’t solo but the gentleman working solo tonight went above and beyond even though it wasn’t his usual pharmacy. Wouldn’t recommend because they clearly don’t staff well, but this guy saved the day!
Horrible service lately. I try to refill a prescription and they fill it with a different medication and this has happened multiple times. I call and now I can’t talk to anyone right away without leaving a message. Finally got a call back and they tell me they just need to order more(of the name brand I was on)- so you’re lazy and change my medication because you don’t want to order more? How can this be acceptable?? I also just got hung up on by whoever I was talking too. Will not be going back.
The worst customer service. When there’s no line they rush you acting like they could care less about answering questions or helping out and when there is a line they move so slow. I’ve tried for two days to pick up my prescription and after waiting for over an hour in a line that did not move I gave up both times. Awful awful awful!
