Switching to Walgreens! I strongly and sadly recommend any other pharmacy rather than this location. The Ai phone calling system cannot properly answer questions. On 2 separate days I called to check if my prescription was ready, and both times I was met with different people who both were rude, short, and were pissed because I was asking for basic questions and help. Long time c v s customer now going to walgreens. First I was waiting in line.I was the only one in line but the employees of the pharmacy was too busy.Chatting with the employees of target so I was waiting. When they finally called me The lady told me to put my information in the computer screen which I did, and then she looked at me and said, how can I help you? So I'm here to pick up my medication. Not a great experience at this pharmacy! Upon approach, the music was blasting, making it appear unprofessional. A pharmacy tech by the name of "Shee" was demeaning to me when I asked about the availability of my RX and about pharmacy rewards. I will not return to this particular pharmacy in the future.
Only get 2 scripts filled here and it's been one problem after another. When asked about it you get rude defensive responses without answering any of your questions. This place is horrible!
