I have called the pharmacy two days in a row, requesting a transfer of a prescription from Walgreens, and both times I gave personal information over the phone to make this happen. It has not happened. I was asked for the same information by two different people and both times assured this would be handled. I’ve had mixed experiences at this CVS pharmacy in the past, but lately it’s been a total breath of fresh air, especially thanks to a lovely lady who works there named Hannah! She is incredibly kind, bubbly, and just radiates positivity every time I visit. Her customer service is truly outstanding. She’s warm, welcoming, and always makes sure things run smoothly. I wish the pharmacist wasn’t solo but the gentleman working solo tonight went above and beyond even though it wasn’t his usual pharmacy. Wouldn’t recommend because they clearly don’t staff well, but this guy saved the day!
Horrible service lately. I try to refill a prescription and they fill it with a different medication and this has happened multiple times. I call and now I can’t talk to anyone right away without leaving a message. Finally got a call back and they tell me they just need to order more(of the name brand I was on)- so you’re lazy and change my medication because you don’t want to order more? How can this be acceptable?? I also just got hung up on by whoever I was talking too. Will not be going back.
