Disgusted by their lack of customer service. Ive never seen such lazy pharmacy employees. Points to a screen thats visible to everyone and exposes personal information. That alone should get you shut down. Then they just expect me to pay full price without using my insurance. I see the handwritten insurance info on the bag, it's your job to notify me if you won't accept my insurance. You wasted my time. I've never been treated like this at other pharmacies.
Literally worst experience ever and will be switching. Staff failed to inform me that my sons inhaler is on back order for months and kept saying “it’ll be here tomorrow” and then continued to fail and tell me that my doc called in a different one which is also on back order. Spent hours trying to call and find another store with no help. They tried to tell me that they told me this and I think I would remember if my son would he without his inhaler for months.
