Terrible experience this time with pharmacist name Cynthia. She couldn't find my daughter prescription first , after multiple time back and forth she found it and she said 20 min come back . I understand that part. But then for my prescription she run through insurance which I don't want to run so she just need to switch to out of pocket.. everytime pharmacist switch it in no matter of time but somehow Cynthia said it will take 20 min, come back. Lisa, the pharmacist, is exceptional. Truly outstanding. My son takes a medication that was oftentimes out of stock at prior locations. But (years ago) when we started going to the Target CVS, it was always in stock. When I mentioned this randomly to Lisa, she said that she knows we come in every month so she makes sure to always keep it in stock. WONDERFUL PATIENT SUPPORT! I just spoke with the pharmacist Lisa for 5 minutes at this location and it was by far more pleasant than any discussion I've had with the Coral Ridge pharmacy in the past 14 years. Lisa is the most caring and professional pharmacist that I have ever experienced. As a senior my list of meds is increasing. Lisa always takes the time to explain and inform. No matter how busy she makes you feel like you are important and answers all questions. I seldom do reviews but in this case I really feel compelled to praise her and CVS.
