The technicians are as proficient and professional as an old CPhT, like me, would expect. And that is at a high bar. The pharmacist, Cathie, has soft hands with the syringe and she is clinically sound. She does not talk down to or over the patients. She makes an effort to access and be accessed as a fellow human; a peer and a fellow professional. The entire staff is working in concert to care for their people. They have a sweet touch on how they operate.
