I have been using this CVS for years. Recently I experienced the WORST customer service ever from Brittany (not even the pharmacist) She refused to let me speak to pharmacist which is against all regulations according to the corporate office. There is way more I could say but I will be slowly moving my prescriptions. I know they don’t care since I have heard them speaking about patients as if they could not be bothered. Fast and great customer service!
I’ve given this pharmacy multiple chances, but the experience has been consistently disappointing. The staff are rude, dismissive, and act like helping customers is an inconvenience. I constantly run into issues with my prescriptions—whether it’s delays, incorrect information—and no one seems willing to help fix the problem. Each time, I’m passed from one person to the next, with no clear answers and no follow-up.
