The staff at CVS were so helpful. I'd been dealing with supply issues with a medication I've been on for 8 years and they were so nice and patient with me that I just had to get up here and shout them out. Unfortunately, I didn't get the pharmacy technicians name. The brunette who dealt with the NC lady who'd had it up to (hand level with forehead) with pharmacies Tuesday, and also checked me out for meds and melatonin...bless you. Wow. Incredibly incompetent. They were supposed to send a prior authorization to my doctor’s office and sent it to the wrong fax number, completely delaying the lifesaving prescription I need. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
