Wow. Incredibly incompetent. They were supposed to send a prior authorization to my doctor’s office and sent it to the wrong fax number, completely delaying the lifesaving prescription I need. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
We love our local CVS at Target! Their staff is always kind and helpful. They know me by name now even when the pharmacist changes, I’m grateful for the relationship and kindness and helpfulness they provide each time we visit.
This location has some of the rudest techs I've ever experienced. They lie and do not care if you get what you need. When you call they seem irritated and annoyed that you need assistance from them. I've given feedback directly in person and through surveys but nothing changes. This tells me the issue is more widespread within their organization. If you have choice, I would recommend you go elsewhere to fill your script.
