I left my order at the Fort Lauderdale store on Sunrise Blvd the other day when no one would ring me out. I was told that I would need to use the self checkout. I asked for the manager and was told that is the way it is now!! This is extremely poor customer service. I will do business with a store that cares....they really should remove "Cares" from their advertising. Obviously they don't care...
