RecommendedAlways a good pharmacy to deal with
Tonight, a man tried to pick up INSULIN for his son, (who has not 1 but 2 medical insurances) via the drive thru. The clerk said it was suddenly not covered (some sort of computer error I guess) & was $381 & screamed at the man that he was holding up the drive thru when no one was behind him. Miss CVS Clerk, just wait til Karma repays ur cruelty/rudeness... And CVS, u really need to better train ur staff, or next time there will be a vid on the news, giving u bad publicity!
They fill my meds fast when needed!
Lines to long and the amount of potholes in your parking lot shows you don’t take care of your grounds!! Walmart is cheaper anyway at this point. I have lots of pictures of your parking lot that have HUGE holes that cost a person 120 every time they hit one and ruin their rim. But as a corporation you don’t care!!!
Lines and wait time at pharmacy is always VERY long. Some of the people at the registers in the pharmacy are not very pleasant. I understand they are over worked but smile, say Hi and Thank you! Definitely need more help here as it really is the only pharmacy in town,other than the little one in the next plaza with the not so nice pharmacist.
After a long wait, confusion that I only needed 1 Rx and not 2, and constant condescending "Do you know how much this is???"- as if I didn't have money, they finally tell me 1/2 hour later that my insurance doesn't accept them in their network. Im beyond patience level at that point and said fine, i'll pay cash, and they proceeded to act shocked that someone could afford $178... seriously???
