Ive posted negatively about cvs in the past. Over the past several years post covid, I've seen a 180 degree improve change. The drive thru is efficient and fast. No complaints
Update for special acknowledgment of Victoria and Kim. Great pharmacist team. The best customer service and CVS in the area. They are diligent in providing my prescriptions that are not normally carried in stock and are very quick to get my meds available. The pharmacist is very helpful and responsive. Glad I changed from another CVS on SR7. Highly recommended.
Let me preface this with I hate to leave a negative review, but I do want to prevent anyone else from having the same negative experience or wasting their time. Today I went for my TDAP vaccine that I scheduled several weeks ago. I am 28 weeks pregnant and scheduled specifically on my lunch break. About 10 minutes after I had been waiting, the pharmacist let me know that she was not able to administer the vaccine because she was a new employee at the location and the computer system had blocked her. I went there 3 times seeking for a flu injection, and nobody was able to apply it because there were not licensed to do it. Finally after the 3rd time I get it. The phone service doesn't work you need to leave messages only. Reason why I waited was to get the $10.00 coupon they were giving up.
I am a steady here for years and the steady pharmacist knows me so I usually don’t have issues but in past two months you only have one steady pharmacist and she is only one that knows what to do and what’s in store meaning medications . Other filling in don’t care or are lost and don’t deserve to have the job . You don’t stock some medications which will happen in all places but atleast we can get the fill in pharmacist to order medications right when they are working .
