I have severe vertigo and am classified as a severe fall risk, so my medication is a big necessity to keep from injuring myself. I KEEP having issues getting my script filled. Every month they change when I'm supposed to call it in. They also continually seem to drop the ball on submitting the refill requests to my PC. If this continues, I will not be a returning customer for sure. . .
The pharmacy does not hold there word on when your meds arrive because they cannot order enough. They hang up on you and talk rudely!!! I will not visit this pharmacy. They have lost a customer that has been with them for 8 yrs. when you say Wednesday it does not mean Thursday after 2. Do not go to pharmacy to get things I do not need!!! I would say use a different pharmacy.

Janice at the front counter is the most helpful person I've ever meet.
Minute Clinic is a joke. I signed in at the kiosk and it said 108 minute wait time. They are busy, a lot of people are sick! I wait more than 108 minutes and check the computer... now my wait is 101 more minutes! REALLY???? BS!
