My latest trip to the pharmacy was pleasant and most positive. The team resolved an issue with my insurance company in a professional and friendly manner. It was a pleasure to watch them in action.
CVS time and again (THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION) has exceeded my expectations and made what is usually a stressful experience anywhere else an absolute joy. The employees are so kind and personable. At the pharmacy most not all seem to be robotic. Not the home town feel of other pharmacies. I switched to CVS due to an issue concerning Medicare advantage but that has been resolved. I'm going back to that pharmacy with renewal of my current prescriptions. The are cheaper and my drug allowance goes further than CVS. It's economics along with the personal relationships developed over 15 years at my old pharmacy. Big box stores do not have the hometown feel you're just a # to them
