I called your store on Wednesday, 9/16. I wanted an appointment for flu and covid shots. After a long and exasperating conversation with a computer I was able to make a covid appointment at your Oxford Al store for noon today, 9/17. The computer asked what vaccine I wanted. I said flu and covid. All it heard was covid. I was unable to make the computer add the flu shot. I called the Oxford store and was told it would be no problem.
