New blood pressure med called in to CVS Whitinsville on Monday. I called on Tuesday and set up CVS delivery service for delivery on Wednesday. I called Wed. Evening asking where is med. They said was never sent, will look into it. Received no return call re: issue. I called again Thursday and received the same CVS confusion !!! It is now Friday ! The staff know me by name and are very friendly. I've had no problems here. It's the closest pharmacy to me and I'm grateful they are here doing a wonderful job.
I will never be returning to this location after my experience here today. I was waiting at the pharmacy very patiently while the ladies behind the counter were trying to find printer paper. When I was finally talked to, I asked for Claritin D. The girl rudely asked "well how many".....I finally agreed to the higher count and proceeded to checkout. She then rudely asked for my ID. I told her that I had to run out to the car to get it and she said to me "well I cant wait for you, and I cant sell this to you"..... very disappo... read more
