The person I dealt with was very nice very thorough however the app to pick up and pay for your order was not functioning. I don't know if this was operator error or some type of app system failure. What I do find to be inconvenient is the fact that I have to send my phone into the drive up for the clerk to scan which defeats the purpose of using the app. Again I don't know if it's lack of training of staff or limitations within the local CVS location. Every time I use the app it's a different experience

Very pleasant crew members and the store is always well stocked and very clean.
