Best experience! I moved out of state and I was trying to change from my former local pharmacy to Express-scripts, nearly 3 weeks later and no progress had been made between my provider/former pharmacy and Express-scripts. Enter CVS..I used the app, requested a transfer, entered the info it asked for and within 24 hours my prescriptions were not only transferred but filled!! —I did leave a message for CVS the night I submitted my request since the app said they had an issue with my prescription and had to call. You can’t talk to someone right away with questions if you call. You have to leave a voicemail and they call you back. Very frustrating!!
