Treated like a crackhead after waiting in line because their system was offline and couldn't scan my ID to buy decongestants. Since my nose was running I left and went to Rite Aid
The worst customer service actually had an associate yell at me in front of my kids. Wish I had my phone camera out for it. I will be following up with the manager and general manager this week. Unbelievable.
