My mother had a terrible experience with the customer service at this location. She is 75 and had current UCSD insurance, but was unable to receive her insurance price. She had to pay the non insurance price. She didn't offer her good Rx as an alternative. The costumer service was terrible and unprofessional. We need to have compassion when serving the elderly community. I don't appreciate how my mother-in-law was treated and I am very upset.
