I chose the CVS located inside Target in Chester, VA because of the exceptional staff. I originally switched to CVS a few years ago when my insurance changed, and unfortunately, my previous pharmacy could no longer accept it. My initial experience with the standalone CVS next to Target was very negative. Often the staff were unhelpful and interactions felt dismissive. Whomever was doing the pharmacy drive though today (5-20-25) .. disgusting attitude. She looked like she hated her job. Very rude .
