My car was towed from the parking lot after I exceeded the 30 minute parking rule. I was a customer of the store, spending over $300 combined with my friends. We requested assistance from a manager and they refused to resolve the problem. My vehicle has suffered damage by the SHADY tow company they use. My vehicle would not start and will now be need long several hundred dollars of repairs after this. On top of the tow fees already. BEWARE!!! I have reached out to CVS Corporate but they have not resolved.
Buyer beware! If you spend more than 30 mins in the store they will tow your vehicle... even if you are CHATTING WITH THE MANAGER THE WHOLE TIME!!! Such a scam! Shop elsewhere!!!

The clerk at CVS was very friendly. She even went as far as to recommend a good ice cream shop across the street. She failed to mention that there is a 30 minute parking limit in the store or your car would be towed. The sign which is hidden by bushes, if you come in from the back street, also fails to mention a time limit or restrictions. For out if town visitors, this is a disservice. After spending $120 in this store, I also was charged a bill of $109 for towing. Sorry CVS, but my business will go elsewhere from now on.
