Hands down some of the worst experiences at a pharmacy in my life. I will never, ever use this pharmacy again. Word to the wise, stay away. Hyvee & Target have much better pharmacies and customer experience.
I went for a flu shot. 1 hour wait. I can live with that, although it wouldn't kill them to have both minute clinic booths open on a busy Saturday morning, during flu shot season. What really boiled my potatoes was that I also wanted to purchase a plain old Ace bandage. They don't carry Ace bandages. Not in any form or brand. The pharmacist laughed at me and told me she had no idea why that was. Unbelievable.
Long hold times on phone only to get someone total interrupt me while I was talking! Finally had to ask if she could hear me. They USED to be a great friendly pharmacy. No longer will be doing business with them!! New people every time I go there...maybe a problem keeping help?
