Terrell the pharmacist and store manager is the rudest person I have ever encountered. When complaining about their phone system that you can never get to a pharmacist he tells me he returned my phone calls which is a lie. He was saying this behind his work area, not at the counter creating more of a disturbance amongst other customers and his employees. When I asked for his name he wouldn't give it until I pressed which he turns around the badge to show you his first name. I wonder why he's hiding it. He was so rude I said ... read more

I signed in to people came after me and pushed me down the list there were people that were there 2 days in a row one woman with a child with no service then the medical assistant or physician assistant came out she's going to lunch I said this is ridiculous people here are sick she told me to call corporate I'm so glad that I don't live near Madeira Beach I get better service in Orlando my son took me to another urgent care this morning and in less than 1/2 hour I was done medication in hand and I was gone I hope I don't ge... read more
