I am a foreigner, just to pick up a few things. The cashier was super helpful and nice.
Y cnt we jst pick up our meds??? ... Y do we have 2 agree 2 nonsense JST 2 sign 4 em??? ... Smh ... I agree w others ... Poor Cstmr Srvc
Extremely poor customer service. The only reason why I have considered staying is because it is 24 hours open. I will quit the moment I figure out a feasible solution/place for after 9pm pickups. I have never been able to get someone on the phone. CVS need to understand that people who are trying to reach pharmacy on phone are sick and cannot be driving all the way only because they couldn't get anyone to pick up the phone.
