I have never had less than a 1 hour wait in the drive through. I can’t even imagine what they could possibly be doing in there but it is not serving customers. It is awful. I wish I could give zero stars.
I drive all the way from East Millcreek to this CVS because of the customer service I receive. I have never had a bad experience with anyone working there. They always answer any questions I have and genuinely seem like they care. I know they are incredibly busy but they take the extra minute to make me feel like I matter. A huge THANK YOU to the amazing pharmacy staff at this CVS!
I have been obtaining my meds here for several years with no issues.
The pharmacy folks are great! They respond to my questions and offer assistance when I need it.
