Manager was so rude to me today. I was waiting in line forever and when I finally reached my turn I asked him to please unlock a ink case and he told me to wait so he could attend other customers. I told him it was my turn and that I shouldn’t have to wait. He said next time go to the pharmacy so they can help you. He was very rude and very discriminative. I felt because I was a woman he thought he could yell at me and make me wait.
Grace in the pharmacy was amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure I wasn’t paying too much for my prescriptions. She embodied customer service and compassion. Grace is why I will make CVS my pharmacy.
