The lady at the pharmacy window was very helpful she also greeted me with a smile.
Pharmacist saying my insurance is denying prescription however, when I call my insurance they tell me that I should have been able to get 5 vials of insulin per doctor’s prescriptions. Never have enough to fill prescription. How can a pharmacy not have enough to fill prescriptions even if requesting refills in advance - sounds like a poor system of stocking what is needed. Awful! Creates more stress and health risk.
