The pharmacy is rude and unprofessional. If people have a question about a medication they are prescribed the pharmacy should answer their questions without getting snippy and hanging up on them. We are required to use CVS by our employer insurance. We have had multiple bad experiences with them. They are fine in person but their manner on the phone is abysmal. There is a reason for the horrible reviews they get, but for some reason the company doesn’t seem interested in addressing the problem.
