Lead tech Toni is amazing. Not sure what I would do with it her. She knows her stuff and takes care of me everytime. She is such a great asset to CVS. Give her a raise!!!!
I moved my prescriptions to this location from Apopka because it was much faster. However, today I sat behind 1 vehicle for 25 minuted and then another 10 minutes at the window waiting to be helped. I'm very disappointed today and hope management opens their eyes and gets the pharmacy more help. Otherwise I will move my prescriptions elsewhere as this was completely frustrating and inconvenient!
