Northborough needs another pharmacy urgently! The employee at the drive-through informed me that I needed to go inside the store to obtain my insurance information before receiving my prescription. I waited in line for over 20 minutes, only to discover that my insurance was already in the system.
Well stocked but chronically understaffed at the pharmacy and therefore deathly slow. Don’t expect drive through to be open.
Pharmacy employees think too much about themselves. My advice would be - less Ego, better customer experience. Slow, inefficient, curt, unworthy employees at the pharmacy.

Pharmacy is very customer unfriendly. They think they are too corporate to be personable and believe their jobs are safe. Hence arrogant, unqualified people have jobs there. I bet these people are from out of town. Northborough is a friendly town. This CVS brings us a bad reputation
