The pharmacy personnel are very unprofessional and know nothing about filling prescriptions efficiently. One pharmacist completely ignored the diagnosis code on the prescription and questioned the patient as to why a prescription from Philadelphia was being filled in Altoona PA. These people have NO questions questioning these individuals like this. I have cancer and I need opioids to manage bone pain.
