The pharmacy personnel are very unprofessional and know nothing about filling prescriptions efficiently. One pharmacist completely ignored the diagnosis code on the prescription and questioned the patient as to why a prescription from Philadelphia was being filled in Altoona PA. These people have NO questions questioning these individuals like this. I have cancer and I need opioids to manage bone pain.
Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. My advice, find anywhere else
Camping at Raystown and my daughter came down with strep… had a bit of a tough time with this pharmacy communicating with the UPMC Urgent Care right next to it. They claimed they didn’t have the prescription when the urgent care assured me that it had been sent in.
