We just had the absolute worst experience with this pharmacy. A prescription was sent to the pharmacy this morning around 10:00 am. It is a prescription we have sent about once a month. We arrived at the counter and checked in. The Pharmacist on duty told us it would be 2:00 pm before the medication was ready. 4 hours? That seemed a bit excessive, we normally have to wait, but never 4 hours. We did some other shopping and returned about 45 minutes later. They was courtesy and professional
Apparently they will hold your script if you don't have insurance and WILL NOT NOTIFY YOU! They send text that your script is ready and then tell you when you get there that it is on hold and will be another 2hrs before they can fill it! Never had it happen before. When trying to figure out why it happened or what we can do to keep it from happening again, lady pharmacists was rude, the guy there was the only one with intellect.
