This location has the laziest, most incompetent bodies working there. They are too lazy to check if refills are available on prescriptions. This is not my first issue with this place. Everyone I know that has done business here, eventually became disgusted. They are the worst at answering the phone. Hold times of 20 mins or more is a norm. I was forced to have my medicine switched to CVS by the insurance company. After being told it would take 48 hours to transfer my prescription, a process that takes minutes at most, then is have to wait another day for them to order my medicine. I said that was poor customer service. He was able to transfer my prescription in under 5 minutes and call me with a total and said the medicine would be ordered and ready for pick up the next day (today). the Gender Rd location has the worst customer service! I'm pregnant and have the flu and called A DAY AHEAD to make sure my medications were ready before sending my husband. I was told they would be ready just for him to arrive and be told they haven't been able to get them in since January 21st??! why was this not mentioned when I called? the person i spoke with assured me she looked in the system and had what i needed and it would be ready the day i called. i gave them an extra day because i always have an issue with this ... read more
Horrible. Wait is terrible. Transferring all my prescriptions.
The pharmacy never answer the phone, When you call the store they will give you excuse that they are busy, but people my have life threatening condition and they need their meds, they still don't care. SMH....
