Impossible to get anyone on the phone and the app isn't great as an alternative.
I had a last minute prescription sent and they were very helpful and friendly…
Usually never post especially negative post. However, my kid got a lung infection and the person there does not give us the prescription because the “profile” setup needs to be done before 5:45 at drop off place which was closed. It was just around 5:45 after waiting in a line. Never go to CVS for pharmacy. None of the pharmacies I went to is so cold blood and inefficient
