COVID causes a national health emergency with required and requested personal distancing and a 69 year old woman comes in to refill the heart meds for her 90 yr old mother (my mom and grandmother btw). She tells the clerk to be safe, she is going to wait outside for the hour they informed her it would take to fill the meds. She goes to the drive thru at 2.5 hrs later and they tell her she HAS to come inside bc they bump service for those not physically in the store... even tho she is present and waiting just being safe bc sh... read more
