Usually I have a great experience at this CVS and when I called to resolve the situation the employee was very kind. One employee yesterday refused to let my husband pick up my prescription. They never asked for any identification or his name, and did not try to contact me so I could authorize it. When I called today, another employee told me that he didn’t need any ID/verification to pick it up (just my DOB) and that he could come in and get it because it’s not a controlled substance.
