Changed closing time of pharmacy recently from 10 to 9. When I showed up at 9:20 , they refused to fill my script which I desperately needed. Poor service.
Zero stars! Lost my sons RX...waited over 30 minutes... found it.. waited another 20 minutes to redo my insurance saying they had his birthday wrong, which was printed on RX from doctor! Still waiting.... oh and yesterday picked up my husband's and was told it would be 10 minutes, came back 40 minutes later and still waited another 15!!!!!
The manager here is super awesome, and not only because she is actually my mom. But she really knows how to help her customers.
