Unfortunately, Tricare and CVS don’t play nicely. Tricare dictates where we have to have our prescriptions filled. We would much rather stay with CVS because their customer service and hours are the best. But today, I had to utilize a different pharmacy and it made me appreciate the pharmacy staff in CVS Pike Road. They understand that excellent customer service is excellent patient care. This was not true at the “other” pharmacy.
