I ordered some photos and picked them up along with photo frames for a few Christmas presents tonight. I was not shown the photos at the store when I picked them up and thought nothing of it. When I got home I realized there’s a huge border around them. Drove all the way back and the very rude lady working (who was the same lady who checked me out the first time) told me “that’s how they come” and they couldn’t cut the border off for me. I am extremely disappointed that the pharmacy hours were reduced from 24 hours/day. There are NO other options for pharmacies in North West Omaha that are open 24 hours per day (besides Walgreens which is not allowed by our insurance plan). We did not get a letter or any form of communication regarding the change. I find this incredibly disrespectful to the customers who have counted on their excellent service for many years.
If your store was not right by my house I would never fill a RX here. Your staff is unhelpful and rude. I have never had a good experience with any of your staff members. I used to fill my prescriptions at the CVS on 84th and Center and they are a 1000 times more helpful than the staff at this location. Further, I find they lack basic information about many of their products. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
Weekly add shows cases of coke 4 for 10.00, i had 3 regular and 1 diet and cashier said only diets were on sale! I asked what about the picture and she said that's what she was told.
