I am writing to share feedback regarding my experience at your pharmacy location today, July 4. While my past visits have typically been very positive, the customer service I received today fell short of your usual standards.After checking in at the kiosk, I was not greeted or acknowledged. I’ve been coming to this pharmacy since before it was bought out by CVS and I will still continue to come. I’ve always received such amazing service from the pharmacists and technicians. I love that they let me know whenever I may be due for a vaccine and are able to squeeze me in anytime I need. Seems like Melissa Schramm is in need of going to see her physician to get a prescription to help treat her severe comprehension deficit. Expect to see more reviews from me as i plan on posting each time this pharmacy is closed! 145 pm March 3rd, pharmacy closed yet again with no note stating why or when to expect them back.
Have come MULTIPLE time to pick up medication throughout the week. No matter the time of day they are closed. Thank god its not life saving medicine or I would be in dire straights right now
I used to go to the Walgreens across the street and they were horrible: rude and slow. This CVS is the opposite. Every pharmacist I’ve dealt with has been friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Every single one. I even get my flu shots, covid and whatever else I need. Can’t say enough good about this pharmacy. Thank you!
