I encountered one of the rudest people I’ve ever met, Donna, while trying to fill my son’s script. She didn’t have his epi pen in stock, which is fine, so I asked that she call around to other stores to find out who did because he can’t take this new antibiotic unless we have an epi pen on hand due to his sever reactions. Today I got one of the rudest employee there I get her a lot and she is very disrespectful she doesn’t know how to talk to customers and the only reason I’m back at CVS because it’s closer to my house and my work is couple miles away and I don’t have a way to get there that’s only reason I’m used to CVS I rather use Walmart neighborhood market place instead they are very sweet and nice towards everyone
I was shocked that CVS no longer takes Tricare. It's the health insurance for our military; how could you not accept it? They should be ashamed of themselves!
The store is great and the customer service is even better. Any time I went in I am met by an employee who helps me with all my needs. Thanks to all :)
