This is the worst server I have ever experience. I am fed one lie after another. It started with Matish telling me he would contact when my prescription is ready on Monday, and 3 days later I heard nothing, so I walk in and then he discovered he needed to contact my doctor. Then I called back 2 days later and they still had not contacted my doctor but another young main who would not give me his name lied and said they tried three time. Finally I got them cornered with a conference call and Dewan they still lied to my doctor... read more

I cannot thank this CVS pharmacy enough! My husband and I traveled here from the metro NJ area today. Unfortunately, we forgot to stop at our local CVS to pick up 5 new prescriptions when we left town. One phone call to the pharmacy staff here in Tarrytown and, in less than 3 minutes, the wonderful woman I spoke to took our names and birth dates, confirmed what meds we needed, and asked if an hour would be okay! OK? Better than I could have hoped for! Thank you for turning my "oh ____!" moment into an "oh happy day!" moment!... read more
